Although my present situation doesn't call for it, I think I'll genuflect right now.

hahah :D
Draginbeard 28th Nov 2012, 1:56 AM edit delete reply

Lynn should probably put down the candle stick. You never know who you can really trust after all.

Speaking of which, I just had a twisted thought here. Just how Demented is our darling dangerous Prince Deck... would anyone believe him if he tried to shift blame back onto Lynn, claiming it was her that attacked them?

I wonder if that would buy him time to deal with things in his own deluded way, or if it would only speed up a change in the regime?

He is a prince and all, and has all the connections to get away with murder, no matter how high or public the person. How hard would it be to spin this whole incident around?

The other side would have to really apply pressure, I doubt he will just own up and submit to the evidence.

I mean we all know government officials ALWAYS own up to their stupidity, never shift blame and lie to cover their own butts....

Hmmm I wonder...
Centcomm 28th Nov 2012, 4:07 AM edit delete reply

would i be that heartless and mean to reverse everything so Lynn and cantha gte IN MORE trouble ? ... maybe. just maybe.

Don't kill the messenger! And besides that candlestick will be worthless against those Praetorian types outside.

Put down that candle stick! This ain't no game of clue!
Centcomm 28th Nov 2012, 1:18 PM edit delete reply

Lynn , in the bedroom , with the candlestick! hee~!
Kuratenshi 28th Nov 2012, 4:58 PM edit delete reply

I don't think anyone would be active or passive stupid enough to believe Deck any time he opens his mouth. On the other hand, ambition and power plays tend to be rather blind to the big picture (war with New Troy AND New Sparta potentially). There may also be those smart enough to realize that Lynn represents a threat and will actively look for ways to remove said threat without pointing to themselves. Will be interesting to see where this goes.

Also, new Avatar by View over and SpacePulp here on comic fury.
Centcomm 28th Nov 2012, 5:10 PM edit delete reply

you are very close on point. Deck does have good points.. just not ones that make him a good leader. he does by force what needs to be done with diplomacy. and while this may have short term benifits the long term effects are waaay diffrent. War with New Troy AND New Sparta is NOT something Roma wants.
Troys Technical advatage is lightyears ahead. And the Spartan military lives up to its namesake.

heh - Space pulp is a pretty rad comic .. cool Av!
CyberSkull 28th Nov 2012, 5:21 PM edit delete reply

Colonel Mustard Lynn, in the bedroom, with the candlestick.
Dragonrider 28th Nov 2012, 9:24 PM edit delete reply

I can see it now; " Pratorians, Centurian, Cassian, Well done, you have taken the criminal into custody she shall answer for her devious crimes, look how she left my defenseless sister bruised and bloodied when she resisted the abnormal and deviant attentions this wanton New Troy slut attempted to force upon her.
Centcomm 28th Nov 2012, 10:51 PM edit delete reply

Lynn: HEY wait a darn second !! :::O_O:::
cattservant 28th Nov 2012, 11:41 PM edit delete reply

cattservant 29th Nov 2012, 1:51 AM edit delete reply

Yeah, Nova Roma is sort of the low rent district of the FNA.*
