Okay, I'm pretty positive that show name's been mentioned before, but I'm too lazy to go find the exact comic numbers for it.

Wasn't that the same show Acantha was introduced as watching?
Centcomm 4th Mar 2013, 12:22 AM edit delete reply

yep it is actually - the show has been a running thing all though the comic. :D

It first showed up when Lynn was leaving New Troy.

Culture shock... from chrome and fire to glade and fern!

Nicely rendered background here =) It reminds me a little of Perez Park, without all the zombies, clockworks, gangs, and circle of thorn dudes.

FWIW, you're not the only one, Cent :_(

Looking forward to learning more about the epiphytes.

and and ye shall recive in the next update !
Stormwind13 23rd Jun 2013, 4:11 PM edit delete reply

Yeah, I can see Perez Park in the image too. Not quite so thick that you can't push thru it though (always hated that about CoH's plants).
And Tulip reminds me of one of my controllers, The Lady of Jade Silence (see if anyone can figure out where THAT came from), Plant/Empathy. LoJS kind of looks like Tulip, but that isn't a huge surprise as both are plant based.

I do not get the reference at teh end
Centcomm 4th Mar 2013, 3:06 AM edit delete reply

LooeyQ 4th Mar 2013, 9:04 AM edit delete reply

I guess you could say Tulip is the.... Branch Manager!
Puh dum pum chee!! :D

Seriously though, I am loving the new scenery here! :D

There is still quite the gap between TV's nanomakeup and the real thing.

The real thing tends to look quite fake.
Centcomm 4th Mar 2013, 5:25 PM edit delete reply

it does ! or they look nothing like they do on TV

Who would have thought Cent-Comm would consider Lost in Translation an important piece of information to plant in Ceci's memories ;-)
